Μακαρόνια με κιμά a la crem.





ME i will eat "μακαρόνια με κιμά a la crem". It's the first time I make this recipe. Usually this food is made with tomato sauce but I made it with fresh cream.
So, “κιμάς” is the meat (pork of beef) that you take it hachis from the machine.
You put the casserole on the fire with some Olive oil. When it’s hot First you put the meat κιμάς 250gr, when the meat start to become white you put one onion, (this time I didn’t put the onion on small cubes but pounded on the grater). Then the liquids of the meat appear, the meat start to boil in its water.
Later you put poivrier (one red and one green) in small parts, you can put also mushrooms in small parts 2-3 more minutes before you put the fresh cream (because the poivrers have Not to be soft and broken) (the mushrooms in the conserve are already boiled, so they don’t need a lot of time).
The best is to put one small glass of wine (for this food I prefer vin rouge). The end arrives with the fresh cream; 250 ml is enough (you can use cream light, its tasteful and more diet!) 3-4 minutes and the sauce is ready!!
Mix directly with the Pasta and put some cheese pounded!
