Croissants

Ok, i know it's a little ridiculous, one Greek speaks about croissants, but.. it's like this, i like croissants, i like to make croissants, i prefer to choose my materials

First of all i have to say that the paste is ready-made, i bye it from the super market, it's fresh, it costs almost 2€ and you can make 6 croissants. Pas mal!

So, like you see in the first picture the paste is like this, its one roll, you open it carefully and you separate the 6 parts.

During the same time i prepare the materials, this time i used: Cheese Gouda, salami (saucisson ), very soft cheese with farina around (French type), small eggs of quail (caille). Also I made one croissant with peanut butter and one with marmalade.

Don’t forget to turn on the oven (200 oC)

The best part arrives now, when you have to make the mix of the tastes, the mix of the picture is the most special, I putted everything I had! (Greek style croissant).

After is the rolling, its looks difficult but it is not, you put the materials on the long part of the triangle and you roll everything to the angle. Sometimes its disappointing because you realise that you can not put a lot of materials!
That’s the “difficult” part, after –and if the oven is ready- you put the croissants inside for 15 minutes. It is possible to put some egg on the top for more taste and better colour but me I prefer it “clear”

Et voila, you have 6 ready croissants –two of them sweet- for one nice breakfast with milk or coffee, good also for the night, before you sleep..!
Attention, it is not dinner, it’s a snack, don’t pass your day only with those croissants!!
